​IT'S ABOUT THE PEOPLE!
POINT OF STAFF
  • Welcome Customers and their memorable BBQ meal experience

  • Take Customer's orders & make them feel welcomed

  • Collaborating with Kitchen to ensure proper and correct delivery of orders

  • Memorize the menu and appetizers to assist customers with placing orders

  • When not receiving orders from customers, bring orders to the table and put a smile on the Customer's face

  • Maintain cleanliness of Dining Room area, cleaning off and sanitizing tables and chairs

  • Ensure the restrooms are clean and have adequate supplies

  • Ensure the Patio is clean and presentable to our guests

IT'S ABOUT THE BBQ!
PITMASTER ~ LINE ORDER PREP
  • Ensure ordered products were received from our food provider

  • Put received products away and review inventory

  • Ensure all meat is properly seasoned and ready for smoking

  • Communicate with other Pitmasters & General Manager about the status of all meat that is in the cooler or on the Smoker

  • Cut and or slice meat for portioning

  • Ensure proper weight and proper food safety procedures are followed at all times

  • Clean the Smoker when maintenance is required

  • Grease the rotary arm at least twice a month

  • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures for all Smoker equipment

FOOD PORTIONING & PACKAGING
  • Flexible Hours & Days - 3-4 hours a day

  • Great added income for High School students & Moms who have a few open hours in their day

  • Work in the kitchen portioning out food items for meal orders each day

  • Training included

CATERING
  • Work would be determined by a book catering job & staff needed

  • Know that many of the catering events are held on weekends

  • Responsibilities include set up, serving, tear down and clean-up
