Have you ever thought what it would be like to become a great BBQ Cook?  It doesn't matter on what kind of equipment you are using.  It's the process of smoked BBQ that is the difference maker.

 

Learning the "ins and outs" of high quality BBQ cooking from Master Pitmaster Darren Price.  We will be destroying the myths out there about BBQing.  You will learn about rub development, proper heat, meat preparation and presentation.
